I hope it's a Canadian wedding, with pudding, as is tradition.

Haha, wait. Is this true?

Ok. I've got a lot of Canadian weddings to go to this year! What if there's pudding!

something that i have never done before

firing two guns whilst jumping through the air?

becoming engaged

I like to think of the whole series of events as a hand of poker and you just pushed all-in ftw. 8) I like it.
As an avid poker player, yes, I think that is a good way to put it...

Really.. thank you all...

Maybe I will lose my Canadian card... I didn't know this.  Will have to work out if there is one or two later.  A wedding here usually something like this.  Ceremony is down at the Ministry of Marriage with a couple of witnesses... Boom, married in 10 minutes.  Either on that day, or sometime later that year, you hold a banquet dinner for your family and friends which usually will be a 10 course meal including suckling pig, fish and prawns and sharkfin soup.  As strange as her eating habits are (she eats almost anything you can think of), she is opposed to sharkfin soup.  I will see about adding pudding, does Yorkshire pudding count?  That is my favorite.

Then it would it be tradition and it would be a great day for Canada, and therefore, the world.

Thanks Candace... it all started the first time we met, she started looking through my DVD/Blu-ray collection and she started pulling out things like Clockwork Orange and 2001 and then commented on how nice they were.  For her, she said said it was when I put a plate of food in front of her that I prepared which was maybe 30 minutes later...
