Getting ready for Rosh Hashanah with all my in-laws. The food will be Jewish; the family dynamic, Shakespearean.
Kevin: Yes, why does there have to be evil?

Supreme Being: I think it has something to do with free will.

Verna: I suppose you think you raised hell.

Tom: Sister, when I've raised hell you'll know it.

Hanging out with my kids, watching Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood.  Our flight home was cancelled today and we were up at 3am for it.  We'll try again tomorrow.  At least we aren't hanging out in the airport.

Going to go see a production of The Tempest without props. Should be interesting.

Let us know how it goes; it's a pretty bold (read: cool) choice of a film.  :)

From what I've read about the movie, if you treat it like The Rocky Horror Picture Show and act out a lot of the movie, at least you'll get some household chores done in the process.   :)

Just read an email where my application for the Online Film Critic's Society was rejected, on the basis that my reviews are not up to their level of quality, I don't offer meaningful and distinctive contributions to film criticism, and that my website is not professional looking. I didn't expect to make it in, but it still sucks.

I just peaked at their site, well, it is hardly professional looking.  Just looks like a blog site but I have not read through their content yet.  Will look more into them over the weekend.
