A piddling 40.  Haven't seen 4 of the top 10, including #2 (although I did start it once).  Definitely need to give that another go.

Quite a lot of changes, especially towards the bottom of the list.

Finally, I've been checking their page every morning for the past month.  I'll have a post up on my blog about it in the next few days.

Empire?  Fuuuck.

I made an imdb list so you can easily see how many you have left now: http://www.imdb.com/list/a9LhrX8hZk4/

There's quite a few new long ones. I think seeing the one hour version of Empire should be enough to count it as seen.

That is handy!  How'd you do that so fast?

33 left.  Although I have little hope of getting to see Art of Vision (I wish it would just fall off the list already), and having already seen Out 1: Spectre, I refuse to sit through Out 1: noli me tangere.

Maybe... it seems like the length of it is kind of the point, though.

The length of Empire is the point, but at the same time I'm not sure anyone was meant to watch the whole thing. It's more a conceptual art piece than a film. I'll cross that bridge when I get to it, not like I'm going to watch The Art of Vision either.

I got the imdb list made relatively fast thanks to matching it up with the old list, which I had already made on imdb, in excel. Ao I already had imdb link at the ready for 875 of the 1000 films. Still took like 50 minutes to do the whole thing, but that's a lot less than the hours the original one took me.
