I'm surprised at all the disdain for The Graduate.

It's a really terrible film full of dead characters, but for some reason the film decides to punish the only character who actually wants to live, Mrs. Robinson. It's whole counter culture revolution theme is also badly, badly handled, and completely false.

You saw that Pulp Fiction was in fact an option, Bill? I just wanted to make sure. ;)

Yeah, but for these I only go off of films I've seen since I started keeping track of what films I watch, otherwise Pulp Fiction would be at the bottom of the list.  :)

Not only that but I never bought Elaine's sudden desire to piss off her parents and take off with Ben. Let's see, he takes her to a strip club on their first date, treats her like absolute shit, then he stalks her at Berkeley. Oh yeah...I really believe she would just run away with this lazy, socially inept, nebbish loser. Maybe she does want to rebel, but I seriously doubt it would be with Ben.

I could see Ben Braddock morphing into Travis Bickle in 10 years time

Between Brazil and A Clockwork Orange, I'd rather watch the former.  Voted for the Kub.

I wouldn't give any of them a bad score, but Who Framed Roger Rabbit is definitely the least of these.
